WACUHO Members – Full Registration
Full Conference Registration includes breakfast Monday and Tuesday, conference meals and meeting facilities.

Hotel Room Rates are for conference attendees, guests of attendees, early arrivals/ late stays PER NIGHT, ROOM ONLY (if registered by 3/1/13).

WACUHO Refund Policy

All refund requests must be made in writing and not later than the twentieth calendar day after the last day of the program. Requests made thirty days or less before the event will be held until the program is complete and the fiscal status of the program can be determined. Requests made more than thirty days before the program will be honored. Requests for refunds cannot be granted if services are provided.

The Association’s standard practice is to issue all refunds by check, including any refunds that originate as a credit card charge. You may request to have your refund credited back to your credit card account. Any such request should be made in writing to the WACUHO Treasurer, and will be honored within guidelines provided by third party credit card processor.
